In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.

Fear comes in two packages fear of failure, and sometimes, fear of success.

Fear of failure is caused by lack of self-esteem and confidence. Dealing with fear is the key to super success.

I honestly think I'm the kind of person that is driven by fear of failure rather than striving for success. I tend to go to bed scared and wake up terrified.
