We're in a period where society seems very attracted to flash, and that seeps into people's musical taste.

For centuries we have been living in the society where not laws but people ruled, where there was no legal state.

We need a strong civil society where the connection between different people and groups is firm and vibrant, not brittle and divided.

We live in a society of victimization, where people are much more comfortable being victimized than actually standing up for themselves.

None of us want to live in a society where people are forced to sleep in shop doorways, on park benches or in dangerous, run-down buildings.

Society is becoming less and less transparent. People no longer know where decisions that substantially affect their lives are taken, nor by whom, nor how.

We would like to get to a point in our society where people really are colorblind and this message would not have to be told anymore. Unfortunately, we're not there yet.

Torture is such a slippery slope; as soon as you allow a society or any legal system to do that, almost instantly you get a situation where people are being tortured for very trivial reasons.

Who are benefits promised to, overwhelmingly? Well, they're promised to older people. And if you have a society like Europe that is upside down where there are a lot more older people than younger people, you have economic calamity.
