I was blessed enough to talk to my grandfather the night before he passed, and he told me that everything was going to be okay, and I know he wanted me continue and do my best, be happy, and that's what keeps me going.

I know that I have this platform with our fans and with social media and all of that good stuff. I really hope that people become more aware of premature birth, and I hope there's more that can be done to prevent this.

It starts with you in your own community. Just being kind to one another, being supportive of one another, and being loving and respectful. I can't tell you how far that will get you in life, just being able to do that.

I used to be really scared to voice my opinion, whether it was with the other girls or just about an outfit I didn't like. I kept worrying what other people would think of me if they didn't agree. But I learned that I was just hurting myself.

We were in New York, and we were performing at a morning show. This fan literally ran from that studio in the middle of New York City to our airport, which was very far away. That fan ran all the way there to see us, and we were so in awe of that guy.

I scroll through Instagram and Twitter, and whenever I see something that speaks to me, I take a screenshot to save it for red carpet inspiration. Sometimes, if I see an outfit I like on the street, I'll take a picture, too. References are so important.

I would do these performances around town at different places, and that's when I really fell in love with performing, and I knew this was something that stood me up and filled me in a way that nothing had and nothing could. I really just fell in love with it.

Selena is my angel. She is my biggest inspiration. Being from San Antonio, Texas, I really feel that connection to her because she had a lot of performances and a lot of her most iconic performances in San Antonio. Back in my hometown, we love her. We all, as a community, celebrate her and adore her. We keep her memory alive.
